How to use the product
DataSense Product Guide
Use the matrix to choose a production line, then prepare the files and instructions listed in its guide.
Before you start
- Use genuine, complete materials with clearly explained fields whenever possible.
- State the objective, intended use, key measures, and expected result.
- You can upload multiple files; each file must be no larger than 100 MB.
Production line materials matrix
√ means the production line requires or supports the material. × means it is not needed and is not accepted by that homepage entry.

Data analysis
Best for
Data cleaning, descriptive statistics, modeling, correlation, regression, and visual analysis reports.
Outputs
- Online results and the reports, tables, figures, or downloads actually produced by the project.
Required
- At least one raw data file.
- A clear question, key measures, and expected outputs.
Optional materials
- Variable notes, a data dictionary, preferred methods or charts, and output language.
Steps
- Select Upload data and attach the source files.
- Choose Data analysis from More.
- Describe the objective, key measures, and expected result.
- Choose an output language if needed and submit.
- Follow the page prompts for clarification, proposal review, and processing.
Journal research analysis
Best for
Statistical analysis, figures, interpretation, and a structured journal research analysis report based on genuine research data.
Outputs
- A structured journal research analysis report, plus the analysis results, figures, and downloads produced by the project.
Required
- Raw research data.
- Research background or analysis objective, plus an explicitly selected report language.
Optional materials
- Exemplars, references, variable notes, target-journal requirements, length, and structure preferences.
Steps
- Upload the research data first.
- Choose Journal research analysis and describe the background and objective.
- Explicitly select the report language.
- Add exemplars and references through their dedicated controls if useful.
- Follow the prompts for clarification, blueprint or proposal review, billing confirmation, and generation.
Degree research data analysis
Best for
Research-design support, statistical analysis, figures, and interpretation based on genuine undergraduate, master's, or doctoral research data.
Outputs
- A verifiable structured degree research data analysis report, plus the analysis results, figures, and downloads produced by the project.
Required
- Raw research data.
- Research background or analysis objective, plus an explicitly selected report language.
Optional materials
- University requirements, exemplars, references, variable notes, an existing outline, and chapter requirements.
Steps
- Upload the research data first.
- Choose Degree research data analysis.
- Describe the topic, degree level, and analysis objective.
- Select the report language and add exemplars or references if useful.
- Follow the prompts for clarification, blueprint approval, and staged generation.
Special Research Report
Best for
Source-based research that organizes evidence and analysis around a topic without requiring raw research data.
Outputs
- A structured topical research report and the staged content or downloadable files actually provided by the project.
Required
- The topic, background, degree level, research direction, and question to address.
- No data file is required.
Optional materials
- Report requirements, target length, an existing outline, section requirements, and key viewpoints.
- The homepage entry does not accept exemplar or reference files; include those requirements in the text description.
Steps
- Choose Special Research Report.
- Describe the topic, background materials, and analysis requirements.
- Review the description and submit it directly.
- Follow the prompts for clarification, report-structure approval, and staged generation.
Data visualization
Best for
Statistical analysis and figures based on real data, optionally following the style or structure of an existing image.
Outputs
- The previews, figure files, and related downloads actually produced by the project.
Required
- At least one data file.
- The variables to plot, the intended use, and the message the figure should convey.
Optional materials
- Variable notes, chart type, colors, dimensions, and a reference image.
Steps
- Select Upload data and attach the data files.
- Choose Data visualization from More.
- Describe the figure and its intended message.
- Attach a reference image through the Reference image control if useful.
- Submit and wait for processing.
Flowchart
Best for
Turning a written process, source document, or reference image into an editable flowchart.
Outputs
- An online preview and a draw.io flowchart file that can be edited or downloaded.
Required
- The start, main steps, decision branches, and end conditions.
- No data file is required.
Optional materials
- A source document containing the process or an image showing the desired structure.
Steps
- Choose Flowchart from More.
- Describe the complete process in the text box.
- Attach a document or image through Upload data if useful.
- Submit and wait for generation.
