User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you and Inner Mongolia Shugan Internet Technology Co., Ltd. ("we" or "DataSense") regarding your use of the data analysis, paper-writing, figure-drawing and related services provided by DataSense (the "Service").

By checking the consent box, registering, logging in, or using the Service in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service: the AI-assisted data analysis, journal/thesis writing, and figure and flowchart drawing features DataSense provides via its website and clients.

User/You: the individual or entity that registers, logs in, or uses the Service.

Generated Content: the text, figures, code and other results produced by AI models based on your input.

You shall register with true, accurate and complete information and safeguard your account and password.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

The Service includes, without limitation, exploration and analysis of uploaded data, research-plan and paper writing, and figure/flowchart drawing.

We may add, adjust or discontinue features as needed and will notify you by appropriate means.

The core output of the Service is generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. It does not constitute professional, legal, medical, investment or conclusive academic advice.

You should review, verify and judge the Generated Content yourself before use, and you are responsible for your use of it.

Academic integrity: if you use Generated Content for academic purposes, you must comply with the academic rules and integrity requirements of your institution and target journals, perform necessary verification and authorship yourself, and bear the corresponding responsibility.

You may not use the Service to upload, generate or disseminate content that violates laws, infringes others' rights, or is otherwise unlawful or harmful.

You may not reverse engineer, attack, scrape, abuse APIs, or otherwise endanger the security and stability of the Service.

Intellectual property in the Service's software, trademarks, interface and documentation belongs to us or the respective right holders.

You retain your rights in content you upload; you grant us a limited license to process such content as necessary to provide the Service. Subject to law and this Agreement, you may use the Generated Content and are responsible for that use.

Some features may be billed by usage (e.g., the quota consumed by model calls), as shown on the relevant pages and your wallet balance.

We will announce any changes to billing rules in advance by appropriate means.

We value and protect your personal information in accordance with law; see the Privacy Policy for details. For privacy questions, contact datasense@yeah.net.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is"; we are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, network failures, third-party service interruptions, or your own causes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the fees you actually paid for the relevant service.

We may change, suspend or terminate the Service for operational, security or compliance reasons, using reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

If you breach this Agreement, we may restrict or terminate the Service to you.

If your breach of this Agreement or the law causes loss to us or third parties, you shall bear the corresponding responsibility according to law.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, by the competent people's court at our location.

We may amend this Agreement from time to time and announce it appropriately. Your continued use after an amendment constitutes acceptance.
